Honestly most of my money goes back where I made it (wal*mart)...I spend most of my money on diapers (I have 2 kids both under the age of 2 so we have to buy a lot).

I spend the majority of my money on my kids, my nails, and my hair. I also buy my husband things but I spend more on the kids.

Since this question is in the make-up category, I'll confine my answer to that.
Big ticket item: eye primer/concealer by Paula Dorff (works great to keep eye shadow from smudging and creasing)
Overall: probably eye shadows. I buy lots in different colours.
