To get a general sense of what salary ranges are, you can check out a number of websites including Salary.com.

With a Masters in Accounting, you've got a wide variety of jobs from which to choose. Accounting is still a very "hot" field right now and companies are grabbing them up in drones. Since accounting is one of the things I teach, I have the advantage of hearing from the students how their job searches are going.

You can obviously work as an Accountant, and if you get your CPA, you'll really have it made because you can go into the highly lucrative consulting arena. And you can do bookkeeping, office management, financial management and consulting, plus a bunch of others.

As for the pay diference between someone with a Bachelors vs someone with a Masters, initially you may not notice a difference, but the further you rise, the greater difference will be. And you will tend to rise up the ladder faster and further with the Masters.
