Well first of all, how old is she?
If your daughter is over say, 21 depending on the location you live in and the laws regarding that place - then why would you want to do it?
If, however, your daughter is a minor (under-age) there are ways to track her down.
One way is use a key-logger which is a program that needs to be downloaded and installed by YOU - and will work in the background so only you will be able to see the websites she has been to.
Another way is to search the C:\ drive for the Recent Files folder and also the History folder. Ask her what her log-in password is for her email addy and if she tells you to go F**k yourself then make sure she has no clue to the Key-Logger that you had installed previously. Try this one for free at:

ps: Why do you want to do this?

You can buy programmes that can monitor keystrokes. The program is available at Best Buy, Future Shop, etc, and costs about $20.

I guess the question I would have to ask back is, why would you want to monitor your daughter's emails? You should probably have a damn good reason before doing something so drastic. When my friend's parents monitored her emails about 5 years ago, she actually ran away from home for two months. Just to warn you.

She's your daughter and that gives you the right. First and foremost, consider this, is she giving you a "reason" to monitor her e-mails? If not, then you're snooping which is wrong period! If she catches you, you'll never gain her trust. If she's doing something wrong, then you're in the right.

Now, why would you want to do that? It shows a lack of trust in your daughter. Is that the way you want to bring her up?

Instead of monitoring talk with her about the internet and how you trust her to be responsible and how it would hurt you if she does something that you wouldn't want her to do.

Unless she's seriously ******* in trouble or something then you shouldn't hack into your daughter's account but I don't know the situation and I don't know you or your daughter so I have no room to tell you what to do or not do. All I know is I hate it when my parents go through my stuff. ;)

Why do parents feel they need to spy on their kids with everything? Unless it concerns an immediate threat, DON'T DO IT AT ALL. It seems like most parents who do that stuff don't have any evidence their kids are doing something wrong anyway and they do it just to check. Thats so stupid

..and just to add to the keylogger idea....if there is any antispyware or antivirus software on the machine be sure to set them to disregard the keylogger because it will show a positive hit most likely....very devious mom(or dad)....i would hate u so dont get caught :)

I know this is considered snooping but, there are programs available for your computer that show every password stored on your computer, including every website visited.

How old is she? If she is a teenager then that is a huge abuse of her privacy, She is entitled to privacy as much as anyone else, and when she finds out which she will. You won't be forgiven for it
