Some folks evidently cannot read a sign that says "no solicitors." It was almost impossible to get this idiot selling pest control to leave. We live in a new subdivision and the solicitors are stacked hip-deep. We got this "no solicitors" sign and it helped tremendously except for some select dunderheads like this one in particular.

Here in McClennan county, some areas do not allow solictors unless they live on the street and/or are neighbors. If you need to, contact your local police department and explain to them that you have a sign and are still getting solictors. Also, a "No Tresspassing" sign might help you too. Good luck!!!

Check to see if your town has the Green River Ordinance. It prohibits door to door selling. Otherwise, most cities require a permit to go door to door. Ask to see their permit, tell them you are reporting their company for ignoring your no soliciting sign.

I don't know about any laws, but why not just not answering the door? That's what I do.

spray him with pepper spray
answer the door naked, this works everytime :-)
