She won't to go to this thing we are having to sing & i don't know how to tell her she can't sing !! HELP ME !! I don't won't to make her cry!!

You really need to be honest with her. We have all witnessed the crazy people on American Idol that think they have a music career and end up making fools of themselves. I say shame on their family and friends for not being honest. Tell her nicely, but be honest. Tell her that you are letting her know because you love her and want her to know the truth.

u gonna have to tell her but dont think in a mean way. just try to bring up a the subject and once she starts to talk about singing make a joke and say u cant see. if she get mad laugh it off. then after that say not to hurt your feelings.

Just tell her that she can't sing. I mean if she's your friend she will know that you are not trying to hurt her feelings. Record her and then let her listen to it, maybe she will hear it on her own.

just say "look (watevr her name is) im really sry but i dont think u r ready to sing in this thing and maybe it's best that u sit out. I mean, no offense, really, but you dont want ppl 2 laugh at u, do you?"

There are countless numbers of people that truly enjoy activities that they are terrible at, For you to look for ways to deny that happiness to someone is just plain cruel.
Don't say anything to her that might take away even one moment of her happiness.
