I've experienced effects of marijuana, but unwilling to do any other drug (including tobacco and alcohol). One of the headlines on tv was something to the effect of the benefits of psychedelic mushrooms on certain patients. Why are they praising effects of mushrooms it seems like just as much as they report negatively on marijuana? Doesn't marijuana have medical benefits also?

Psychedelic Mushrooms and Marijuana are categorized under Hallucinogenic drugs or agents. They have lots of side effects including rapid heart rate, dry mouth and constipation.
The minor pain-relief effect of marijuana is used in some medical centers for treatment of end-stage diseases like cancer related pain.
But they can not use a "Hallucinogenic" to treat diseases.

I didn't see the report, but probably they are using specific substances within the mushroom in carefully controlled low quantities to achieve specific results. The people in other words are likely not actually getting high.

Shrooms. yea guy we did those shrooms decrease back contained in the 1960s and guy I allow you to recognize what an mind-blowing intense i became totaly trippin. They informed me later that they all started a twin of handing me something and telling me it became extra shrooms regardless of the indisputable fact that it became like cat **** and cock roaches and stuf yet i did not care. like the chairs had legs and were strolling round and the lamps were replacing colorations and that i finnaly jumped on the settee to give up it sort shifting and prefer went to sleep and when I awoke my dogs became useless lower than me. like what a complete bummer. because they contain arsenic, stay away from them hun, they are definately NOT good for u and excessive consumption will kill ya!...another name for them is golden tops....
