i thought the first book they made into a movie was really funny. should 'restaurant at the end of the universe' be made next?

Absolutely... I believe it could only get better... Granted that most sequels are stupid, I think the hitchhikers carries enough abnormality to still be interesting if made into a movie...

You must be kidding. Of course they're going to make "Restaurant at the End of the Universe". They referenced it at the end of "Hitchhiker". I'm guessing they plan to make at least books one thru three. Probably not "So Long..." since they already used the dolphin gag with the fishbowls, and restored the earth...and probably not "Mostly Harmless" since it's a real downer.

no, i didn't really think the movie did the book justice and i don't want them to mess up "a restaurant at the end of the universe" too. only if they get a new director or something to make it better.

Seeing a evaluate of my first live performance in the newspaper. Allman Brothers on the Chicago Stadium. reported there became sufficient reefers smoke in the air which will keep the Blackhawks skating in circles for some days.

YES! I loved the books, and loved the movie even though it wasn't completely accurate to the book.

only if they get another director. That first movie just wasn't wierd enough. maybe terry gilliam should do it.
