1)
Since 8/12 = 0.666... and 12/18 = 0.666...
To be put in another way, since 8/12 = 2/3 and 12/18 = 2/3
then 8/12 = 12/18
the answer to the first question is 12/18 = 8/12
2)
Two of the fractions can be rounded to 4... and they are 31/7 and 25/7
since division can only be rounded down to give fair share, 31/7 will be the answer as 31/7 = 4.428 because 25/7 = 3.577
the improper fraction is 31/7

12/18 can be simplified as 2/3 since the LCM (least Common Multiple) is 6
12/18is the same as 2/3 multiply both 2 and 3 with 6 and you get 12/18. the LCM for 8 and 12 (8/12) is 4 therefore 8/12 translates to 2/3.
In summary the only statement that is right is the one that says 12/18=8/12
Good luck!
