Ever noticed how certain drivers get into more trouble than others? If one driver (let's say Jeff Gordon) hit a guy, he would be fined and in huge trouble. But Kyle Busch has gotton away numerous times without any problems! Why's that???? And why has Tony Stewart gotton in more trouble than anyone when other drivers have also done "bad" things during races?

I AM NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT THE GORDON-KENSETH THING LAST RACE!!!

I think they are biased, they were talking about suspending Gordon for Sunday's incident with Kenseth (before they reviewed the tape and saw it was just racing)...Stewart didn't get suspended and what he did to Kenseth was way worse! I agree about Kyle Busch, if someone throws something, it's a little obvious it was intentional! Kenseth needs to be punished too, he is always in the drama!
I think Nascar needs to crack down on these hotheads by coming up with a harsh penalty (the same for everyone, maybe a two race suspension) and use it before someone else dies! Then they should have to go to anger managment like Stewart did, it seems to have helped!
They also need to punish the out of control fans who throw crap on the track! Fine them!!!

Okay this is the last time I'm going to answer a question like this. Jeff Gordon absolutely did NOT intentionally take Kenseth out Sunday. Kenseth's car was crap and it had been crap for the last 10 or so laps. He refused to get out of the way and when you let off the throttle like he did what did he expect would happen? People really need to get off of it and I don't even like Jeff Gordon but he did what he had to because Kenseth was being a jerk, his car wasn't gonna cut it and he was pullin every trick he knew to stay out front with a car the sucked. No NASCAR isn't biased either. Ask any crew chief or worker and they will tell you that basically you just have to see what you can get by with week to week without breaking the big rules. Tony Stewart gets in trouble because he makes flagrant violations of NASCAR regulation without thinking twcie. I don't really recall Kyle Busch doing anything that horrbile but then again I don't really follow the Busch boys either.

Yes I think that it is very bias. Jeff Gordon should have been fined and put at the back of the pack after last weeks race, but no it was just racing. That was his way of getting back to him (Kenseth) after a race earlier this year. And why the Busch brothers can do no wrong is beyond me. I really think that they need to treat them all the same where it is Kenseth or Gordon or Busch boys.

Lately, it's been like High School-popular drivers (Gordon, Johnson, Stewart e.g. ) get away with stuff, or at least get the benefit of the doubt, while less popular drivers ( pick any Rousch driver ) are under a microscope, and the really unpopular drivers ( Waltrip, Robby Gordon e.g. ) best stay at the back of the pack where they belong.
Phooey. Makes you yearn for the Allison/Yarborogh/Petty days.

Most certainly - they have their favorite sons no doubt. But whatever happened to "racing" - there are so many rules and regulations now days that everyone has to police everyone else. If you're going to penalize one for rough driver, do the same to the next one, and so on. Fines should be consistent.

I also agree that NASCAR is biased. A lot of times it seems like they are biased towards the Hendrick cars. It just seems like some of the Hendrick drivers get away with an awful lot of stuff.
