A good reason to leave home would be because it's on fire.

If you are under the age to move out on your own then it must be some other reason for wanting to move out.
If you are being abused mentally or physically then that would be a good enough reason. If you come from a good home and under age and all is good why would you want to move? If you are older then it is your right to leave home with no questions asked.

Ready to begin life on your own...you have a job, transportation and can take care of yourself. You can stay at home if you can be independent.....but you should chip in money and caretaking of the home/family. Then you can save money to buy your own home/condo....i9nstead of renting.

Who's home?

Your parents' home? Because you have grown up.

Your own home? Because you have purchased a newer one in a better neighborhood.`
