I am under constant stress during the day, because of my college coursework deadlines,
and I eat huge portions every 5 hours, I sleep at 2:00 am,I am up at 8,then I sleep at 6:00 pm,I am up at 10:00 pm.
I feel like I have a flu or sore throat, but then my stomach is like a washing mashine.and I have headaches.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT EXACTLY IS WRONG WITH ME?
IS IT THE STRESS?
SOMETHING I ATE?
OR SLEEPING PATTERNS?
WHAT CAN I DO?

You poor thing. Yes, stress is real. Yikes. I feel for you. This worked for me in my college years. I had to write down my whole day. When it was all down on paper for me it was easier to accomplish for some reason. I don't know what your financial situation is for eating. But, I was broke. I ate alot of apples. Studies also have proven an apple will wake you up and give you the proper vitamins your body really needs when its run down or tired. True statement: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. I know.....I've been hearing since my Grandmother. (( She would be 130 by now )) Also, you're immune system is run down thats why you're getting flu like symptoms. You need some TLC !! (Vitamins couldn't hurt) The heavy meals will definately wear you down. Your body needs fuel all through your crazy hours. Eat every two hours. Trust me. Its a fact. Small portions. That would make 6 meals a day. ((( not MEAL ))). Like an apple, then two hours later, p b & j, then some protein. Once you get your digestive system calmed down and your scedule tuned up, you should feel much better. And work with an alarm. If you need to sleep a few hours at a time, do it. Make it a relaxed few hours. I don' t know if you're a partier, but, thats a huge battle right there. I know how it is trying to be young and have friends and a life other than a work load and classes. Been there. It just takes alittle organization and you can master it! I promise. You're poor tummy is doing alot of worrying. And thats what is causing the churning. Careful, you don't want ulcers or gastritis. Cut, back on the soda, coffee, spicy foods etc., until it feels better too. Best wishes to you. Go for your dreams. Organize your outsides and your insides will comply! :-)

Stress will wreck all kinds of havoc on your body, causing you to have irractic sleeping patterns and an unusual appetite. You could go see a Dr, who MIGHT perscribe some anti-stress or depression medication such as Zanax. This is really not going to help. You need to determine what exactly is causing the stress. Is it because you wait until the last minute to complete your assignments (something easily rectified) or is it because you simply can not deal with the pressure? Identify the source and then try your best to eliminate it.
I have been through these "problems" quite a few times, and Dr's were of no help. I finally took some advice, started smoking marijuana occasionally, eliminated some of the stress causes and now I feel great!

I would venture to say you have a history of headaches.. further, you have been having other problems that are not as severe but remain present. To have such a physical state already, leaves little room for stress to go, other than intensify your symptoms. That factor has involved more areas of the body which remain under neurologic control.. primarily of the autonomic system.

The fact that you are under stress by being in school is understandable but your tolerance level has also been reduced so it takes less stress to set off the symptoms you are experiencing.

It is something that can be easily treated.

Stress and not being on a good healthy pattern and diet. You need to eat 5 small meals a day, get adequate sleep straight in a row. you know all the things mom told you to do. Let up on your college load, trust me I understand that one as a mom of 3 and full time college student and worker. Good luck.

Stress causes you to eat more you dont feel good due to irregular patterns of eating and sleeping. As hectic as your schedule might be you need to figure out a way to make it flow better. Start with your sleep pattern followed by what your eating. Stay away from junk food. Stress causes that.

Have you read "natural cures they don't want you to know about" by Kevin Trudeau? I saw him on tv and was very impressed, he's honest and whats to help others so I got his book. He says the first thing to do if you are sick is to stop eating all fast food because it contains a lot of chemicals and additives. Another thing I like about Kevin is that he's not asking you to spend a lot of money on his book, it's less than $25.00 if you buy from the internet or costco. Good luck and hope you get better soon.

STOP! What you're doing immediately! You need peace and quiet for at least 3-5 days, I strongly urge you to contact a close relative or friend and ask them for some help, and see a Doctor before returning to that stressful situation, and ponder changing your schedule or reducing classes, your mental and physical health is not worth jeopardizing for anything. Good Luck!

If you're a student, in the US, go to your student health center. It is usually free with your tuition. For certain your sleep schedule is messed up, and needs to be straightened out. The other symptoms could be from a wide variety of conditions, and stress/depression could be part of the total picture.

However, we can ot diagnose you here on Yahoo answers - only a physician can do that -- go see one.

maybe you should get more sleep. Also eating huge portions helps contribute to your stomach ache. Eat 4-6 times a day but in smaller portions. Your stomach won't feel upset, your headaches won't be as frequent and when you have spare time, RELAX
