Time is a very good example of how much control we humans do not have. We created this idea of time so that we could control, run, and generally organize our lives; yet, it seems run our lives by telling when to be someplace, for how long, and when we must do certain things. We tried to create something to measure, but really, it has measured us.

It is we who use time, but time is not measured, time is just the tool for measurement.

Time measures us. As time goes along, it makes us older and slower, etc. We can measure time, but it does nothing because time will never change like we change. Sure, minutes, hours, and days go by, but eventually we die, and time will always exist.
