Been reading too many comic books?
Here's the deal with telekinesis, telepathy, ESP, etc:
There's a guy with over $1,000,000 in a trust account to the first person or group that can prove the existance of any of these phenomena (amongst others).
The money's waiting for a valid scientific test to prove this.
A few people have had the balls to try; all have failed miserably.
Most scientific scrutiny of these phenomena have shown them to be at the least wrong and at the worst fraudulent.
(Example: There was a study of "autistic talkers" who claimed to have a telepathic connection to a low-functioning autistic child. (The child could not talk and could barely move.) A simple test showed that the "talker" was a manipulative conniving piece of human waste exploiting the hope, fear and confusion of parents.)

It does not exist. If it existed, it would have been proven. It has not.
You cannot develop a fictional ability.
You can however, convince people you can do it and get them to pay you money. Lots of psychics do that.
