As U did not mention from which location to Mustafa... So I can't gave more detail of public transport to Mustafa... I can only gave U what public transport serve the area...
1) Take North East Line (NEL) MRT (subway) , alight at NEL Farrer Park MRT Station... Walk to Mustafa Centre...
2) Or take any Bus Service No at 23, 64, 65, 66, 131, 139, 147, C3 alight at Broadway Hotel... Walk to Mustafa Centre
3) Cab (Taxi)... Alight right at the doorstep
Yes... Mustafa is open 24hrs... Not really cheap for some items... Some items U can get it cheaper elsewhere

Yes Mustafa is open 24 hours. They have everything there, supermarket, travel agency, money changer, jewelery, watches, clothes, electronics, dvds, cds, computer peripherals, household appliances etc
while it's not really the cheapest, it's quite convenient because they sell everything under 1 roof so you don't have to run around trying to compare prices. But some of the stuff doesn't come with international warrany though.
you can also take the (MRT) North-East line and alight at Farrer Park station. Mustafa is across the road, just follow the bright lights :)

bulk item cheap prices. perfume quite cheap . all the indian spices are there.. if u like hindi/tamil movies. there got whole lot of collection all latests ones

near the city area. tkae a taxi/cab. its not 24 hours. the stuff are cheap .. mebbe not the cheapest tho.
