This all depends onn your server and their manager. If I see a young lookin kid in my smoking section, I don't say anything because I remember back in the day when I did the same thing!!! (I recently quit however, you probably should do the same). Just make sure you leave me a tip and I couldn't care less if yer smokin. ......OH YEAH--and don't make a big mess, don't sit there at my table for hours either. Please and thank you.

Well, I'm not sure where your at, because where I live, there are no real smoking sections in buildings anymore as it's not allowed by law.
But, assuming that where you live there are still restaurants with smoking sections, then yes, you can sit in those areas all you like as long as you are not smoking yourself (because of your age). I'm not aware of any limitation on this and in fact recall going to those places when I was younger as my parents were smokers.

Technically you can't smoke anywhere. Whether the resturant would actually stop you is another story. I'd suggest not risking it.
And stop smoking! Ciggs are a nasty manifestation of corrupt capitolism. Don't let greedy fat cats own your body.

No, that is not legal you are a minor. Minors cannot legally smoke. If you are a smoker quit NOW! Eat more peanut butter instead of smoking!

I suppose... I mean what are they going to do to you? Take your cigarette and say "quit smoking" and kick you out? No, i don't think so.
Yeah smoking is bad for you though.

Technically it would be illegal since you're not eighteen yet. Also it would be embarrassing to the restaurant if they ever found out you did this.
