Every question has at least 1 moron saying "pray" or "read the bible." It seems that yahoo is full of religous idiots who beleive in easy answers. What do you people think?

I will prove that praying does nothing. If prayer actually solved problems then there would be proof of God. If there was proof of God then you wouldn't need faith. Without faith you have no religon. So prayor does nothing.

I think it is an east answer for 2 points. And literally every question can be answered with 'pray' even if they are just telling you to pray for the answer.
I do get a little annoyed but at least they aren't calling random people names.

cheer up, just stop posting questions in "Religion and Spirituality" and go into "Fashion and Style" or "Cars and other means of transportation" or whatever, and you will no longer get those kind of answers...

i totally agree wiht you man . praying solves nothing hears why:
1938 - We Love yaweh. (said the jews)
1940; Yay hitler is our leader hooray. ( pray for good next couple of years.
1941 - OMFG gas chambers!!!! (lets all pray so evrything will stop.)
1945 - dam good thing only 9 million jews died. (mayb praying didnt really help.)

I think you shouldn't insult others, especially when their answers doesn't do any harm...and maybe they help others.
why do you think religion has easy answers to offer? to pray and study (compared to just read) the Bible might not be as easy as you think.

I somewhat agree, but I have always tried to be tolerant. If those people think their way is the only way, then so be it. I don't want to go where they are going anyway. If I choose to go my way, then I would hope they would step aside just as I do for them. Good question!

Just because they don't believe as you do does not make them idiots and it makes you equally intolerant. I prefer people who think about things than automatically "believe" in what ever because that is how they were brought up.
