Rhythmically speaking, the most complex song, and a very hard one to play is "The Black Page No. 1" by Frank Zappa. Nothing else I could think of comes close. It is composed moslty of polyrhythms, 3's, 5's, 6's, 7's, 11's (at the end), and in one instance, 3 into 4 quater notes, subdivided by a group of 1, 2, 7 into 2, 4, and 5 (hard to explain) (this is the notorious measure 15). This song was named 'The Black Page' because of the amount of ink (number of notes) on the sheet music that was handed to the drummer to play (Terry Bozzio). Frank Zappa's "Alien Orifice" has an almost humanly impossible section right after the guitar solo. Check out Frank Zappa for many other very difficult songs. He composed for rock band, orchestra, and ensemble, and it's hard to judge the difficulty of songs he composed for completely different instruments and styles. A piece he composed for solo piano, "Ruth Is Sleeping" just sounds impossible for someone to play.

There are many examples of very, very difficult solo piano pieces, from composers like Liszt, Rachmaninov, Debussy ("Claire de Lune"!), Chopin, and Bartok.

That's all the information I could possibly give.
