Why would my computer kick me off certain sites..ex. Careerbuilders,hotJobs,hertz, travelocity?

You shouldn't be trying to find a job or move away while at work, maybe? :P

Seriously, it may be that your Windows profile has issues with storing cookies. Try installing Firefox and see if you have better luck.

you don't need to install a new browser. You can go into tools / internet options and privacy to adjust your cookies. you may also want to clear your temp intenet files. if you are at work, check a co-workers computer to see if they have the same issues. If your company is blocking certain sites, you will usually get a message before you get to the site rather than getting to the site then getting kicked off.
