It's not constantly itching, it comes and goes. Like it's be irritated for like 2 days (off and on) and then it'll go away for like 2 weeks, then it'll come back.

I am not a woman but I know much about feminine hygiene.
My wife experienced this even before we had sex. It is probably because of yeast or fungal infection. It may be caused by a scabies mite (a parasite).
There are many causes of such infections, but the main reason I see is maybe that your vagina is always wet.
Perhaps you should use feminine wipes instead of washing with water and feminine wash. It is important that your vagina is always wiped dry right after urinating (peeing).
If this does not help, however, you may want to see a gynecologist.

Perhaps you have a type of fungal infection, tinea? Then you may need a powder or a cream that is anti-fungal in that area..canasten is one name of many that you can purchase form the chemist. Other than that, regular good cleanliness peri-anal area and wearing of cotton undergarments is a must.
Let the area breathe at night if you can as well is a bonus.

The first person is right--usually dryness or a yeast infection. Speak to your mother and have her take you to the doctor. They should be able to straighten it out very quickly. The other possibility is that you're not cleaning often enough, but I doubt that is the issue.
Good luck to you!

Dehydration, not wearing 100% cotton underwear, not letting things "breathe" down there with too tight of clothes or pantyhose, bacterial vaginosis or a yeast infection. The possibilities are endless!

i have found this out personally, if you buy cheap toilet paper it will cause it, it leaves toilet paper residue behind and can cause itch, i recommend and use the platex wipes, and the itch problem has gone away
