Sport tape=ouch when you take it off, no no no, that is a BAD idea.
They MAKE backless Bras you know that right? Go to Victoria's Secret, ask them there, or even bring the dress in with you.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I think it would truly depend on how chesty you are. Like A cup maybe a B cup could get away with it, but I don't think C, D, and DEFIANTLY not DD .
