i just got a tamagotchi, and i was wondering, when it sleeps, does it sleep for such a long time because when it wakes up, does it soon evolve or something, alls i'm really trying to say is, to get it to grow, do i just feed it, play with it, and let it sleep, because i woke it up when it did go to sleep, now i feel that that was kind of a stupid idea 0.o

well when ur tamagatchi turns a certain age it will change and sometimes it sleeps for a long time.all u have 2 do is feed it play with it and take care of it.

i used to have one when i was little
you can put it to sleep at any time i think and it might sleep for 6-8 hrs
and it doesn't evolve
feed it when it needs and clean it and play with it
where did you get it from

OMG!! I DIDN'T KNOW THOSE THINGS WERE STILL OUT. WHERE'D YOU GET YOURS?
YOU HAVE TO FEED IT AND PLAY WITH IT REGULARLY BUT DON'T WAKE IT UP WHEN IT'S SLEEP. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE IT TO THE DOCTOR WHEN IT'S SICK. MY FIRST ONE LIVED TO BE 3 AND MY SECOND ONE, 7. well i'm not sure about this cause i didn't think any one still had a tamagatchi, but i don't think that they actuall grow. they kinda just are.
