The funny thing is.....it's mostly guys who ask this question!
It's obvious that guys and girls want each other, but they don't exactly know "how" to get them....
The answer is quite simple really: JUST TALK TO THEM!!!
That's the first step to "getting" a guy or a girl. Really, it's THAT simple!
For proof that just talking to them first works, just look at the millions & millions of years that guys and girls have been "getting" each other throughout History, since the begining of mankind! The world is populated with people who "got" each other.
LOL!....ain't no mystery here, babe.....you want to "get" guys, and they want to "get" YOU!
Talk to 'em, and the rest will follow!

look your best at all times because when you slip up you'll never hear the end of it. Don't dress to hoochee because they'll only want you for one thing. Dress nice and sophisticated because no matter what guys say, they really want the one who's nice and smart. Act like you really don't need them even though you do. Don't act desperate. Play it cool and don't rush to give them your number. Also, don't let them call you out your name, and don't let them call you late at night because that means that they don't respect you. If they don't want to meet your parents or come to your house for a date, then they're hiding something. Make them sweat for it and make them treat you like a lady. They'll flock to you, I promise.
