yes you can still ovulate if you don't get your periods, I have 3 kids and i sometimes don't get a period for 5 mos or so , this is normal for me I've never had a period mo. to mo. If this is something new to you i would talk to your doctor. but don't worry i have a slight hormonal balance nothing serious and it didn't effect my fertility. lol

funny this is being discussed b/c the last time I got my period was April 9th and I tested myself and it came out negative..i went thru something similar last year and my doc put me on hormone pills to bring my period on..i am a bit concerned myself..what if i can't have kids or something? who knew it was called amenorrhea?
