if its long enough then braid it in a loose braid at night( not too loose so that it falls out!!) when you go to bed. That helps hair grow. and Vitamin C. Try getting a supplement. I don't think marshmellow fluff works tho.....

This may sound really sick but it works trust me!!!! First you buy one container of miracle whip, get two eggs. Now put two cups of miracle whip and one egg or two depending on the Length of your hair? Mix well, Flip your head and start covering your head until you have all your hair in miracle whip. Get a shower cap and wear for one hour. Rinse your hair with luke warm water and just a pea drop of shampoo. Trust me your hair will grow...Do this once a month alright! Good luck..

Believe it or not the prenatal Vitamins I took when i as pregnant really got my hair growing even though I didnt need it to grow any more

Topical applications (such as conditioner, etc.) don't work as well as vitamins. Try eating more protein. That's the best thing for your hair & nails. Prenatal vitamins work too, even if you're not pregnant. Think about what hair & nails are made of. Good luck.

Put your hair in braids leave them in for about 2 weeks

my answer isnt as thourogh as some others, but try flipping your head over and then brushing you hair. Plus keep in conditioned because you dont want it brittle.
