I do . It was pretty funny ! Even as a conspiracy theorist myself, I had to laugh at all the people that really thought it was the end of the world ! Grocery stores were running out of food, gas stations were running out of gas.
Me and my husband stayed home and watched all the celebrations going on around the world on TV. ( only because we were both sick ) Very entertaining night !!!

Yes, as a time when the "conspiracy extremists" made a kiiling off the adrenaline of the gullible....
While I don't believe it was to be the "end of the world" or 6 months without electricity, whatever....I do believe that being prepared for such things is wisdom, not craziness.
We take entirely too much for granted....

I remember my parents taking $200 out of the bank, installing anti-Y2K software on our Windows 3.11, and freaking out when the ball dropped. We were so gullible and so paranoid.

Yes!! The end of the world....computers would go bonkers and start roaming the streets on a violent rampage.
We would have gliding cars by then....what else was suppose to happen in the year 2000. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FUTURE!!!
