Hi people! I am a huge Harry Potter fan, and I seem to be the only on in my entire city. I need to know if there are other poeple out there that like Harry Potter besides me!!!!!!

Nearly everybody in the world aged 11 to 17 is a Harry Potter fan...and a lot of people quite a bit older than that are also. Though I have to agree, the movies do kinda bite. There's probably about a billion fan sites out there and I'm sure at least a few have "talk abut the books" chat areas or message boards.

Hey there! We are Harry Potter fans. Me and my oldest son (13) have read all the books at least 3 times. We can't wait for the next one! We are not as big on the movies tho. We see them all but don't watch them repeatedly like we read the books. They just seem to leave so much out in the movies and they are still so long!

You're kidding. If its just you, then how can the Harry Potter sell this good. Ok, I'm one of them. Even lately thinking that Harry Potter rather nagging (especially from book 5 & 6) I mean the action is just in the end.

Heck yes! I LOVE Harry Potter! J.K. Rowling is a genius for coming up with it! ^_^ I'm sure that you're not the only one in your city, but maybe you haven't found anyone else who is a die-hard fan as well. You will in due time. Just know that you're not the only one! I sometimes feel like that too, but then I just go online (what a nerd, huh? Lol). Harry Potter's cool--no matter what someone else might say!

I think I am one of the rare Christians who like Harry. The books are full of good morals. the spells actually describe what they do (ex. alohamora. Aloha being Hawaiian for good bye and mora Latin for obstical). There is also a lot of Christian symbolism in the books(ex. Griffindor. The Griffin is part lion and part eagle. The lion is of course the king of beasts and the eagle is the king of the sky -- the Griffin is a Christ symbol the King of Heaven and Earth. source Looking for God in Harry Potter by John Granger.
