Is the skin also dry and flaky? My son had this (i didn't look...he told me) and i took him to the dr and it was just dry skin she gave him some special lotion. If you are concerned though tell one of your parents you need to see the dr.

They are probably the hair bed or follicles. It would not hurt to have them looked at but more than likely the start of hair growing

if they dont itch burn or bleed.. the likelyhood of them being a "problem" is extremely minimal. if they are small and white (these are very normal) and they could be just blackheads

if they are lil white ones yeah its fine i have it too.
