You can usually get it inexpensively at a weight loss clinic. All they usually do is make you pay like $60 to fill out a health questionnaire and then see the doctor that doesn't really do anything but glance over your questionnaire, weigh you and write your prescription for any where from a month to three months worth of medication. No one can legally sell it outright. You can buy it online too, but I'd be careful because some people have had bad experiences buying prescription drugs online.
