I would say that prison is liek hell on earth b/c once you commit a crime you may be found guilty and forced to go to prison and in the same way people who follow the bible believe that if you commit crimes against the bible and it's teachings you will inevitably be forced down into hell. That is one close relationship between prison and hell that I can see.

Mmmm, I wouldn't say mine is a 'where' but I suppose it can be seen that way. When I stray from the path of the Lord, I slip into this terrible darkness that is just suffocating! I turn into this horrible person that can't be satisfied no matter how much I drink, or hang out with 'friends', or party, or cry, or whatever I try to do. Nothing goes right for me and its just so darn hard to get up in the morning to face another useless day. But God does whatever it takes to get my attention. That's my judgement for disobeying him. I don't have to wait till I die, God fixes me now, like a father would his kid that does something naughty, not because he's mean and wants to make his kid suffer, but because he loves him and wants to teach him to do it right. It does suck though, untill you get in the right. That's my hell on earth.

I almost agree with Pittsburg, PA that is the greyest suckfest I've ever lived in. It does have some nice restaurants though.

I think a commie chinese prison would be my hell on earth. Id just kill myself when if I got sentanced.

Vietnam from 10/69-09/71. There we these people in black pj that were out to kill Americans. Then again, it is memories of that time of my life that is a living hell at times.

first i must pretty much agree with "SMILEY" on here----i dont know about prisons- pretty devastating i guess but some do have a roof over their head meals three times aday- acess to a bed-clothes-etc....i do think the state of our minds can be a prison - i would think for me, its when i hurt someone really bad that i love is hell either indirectly or partitially knowing- to live with that.....

My hell on earth? My own mind during a depressive episode. Life becomes unbearably painful and utterly pointless.

To me hell is a place you feel you don't belong to. A place where you don't fit, because you're not that kind of person. The opposite of home.

A house is built of bricks and beams
But a home is built of love and dreams.

My hell on earth would be the mental torture of never being able to see my lover again, because I could never live a day without him.
