I don't think that you can find a web hosting company that would give you ColdFusion for free. Free FTP, unlimited storage and bandwidth for free is possible and there are many out there; but none of them with ColdFusion though.

dono what you favor to host yet no matter if it really is pictures you should use flikr and your p.c.. could have a link you should use on your information superhighway website,, and for mp3 and music in basic terms bypass to goggle and seek for for for ftps,,
