My Dell Wont turn on, I heard canging the battery can possibly fix it, is this true

oh man, it could be so many things. the battery probably is not going to do it this time. the battery would help if the PC was not keeping accurate time any more.

Dell has excellent tech support in my experience...why not call?

it would depend on what you mean by not turn on....the battery keeps the cmos information from being lost, but even if the cmos info is lost, your computer would still boot up. sounds like a power supply issue to me, at least thats where i would start. replace or have your power supply replaced and see what happens
