Hello,

People I have uploaded a lot of my work to poetry.com is it safe? am I still the legal owner of it? I have it all copyrighted with my lawyer can you tell me how I get these songs published as I want them to be shown to the world?

The have put them in an anthology, but not sure at all were I stand when I phone them they assure me my poems are mine still 100 percent

it should be ok.. my uncle is an author and he placed some chapters of his first novel up on booksurge. com its ok once you place it one a decent web site!!!!! good luck with your poems!!!!!

If you still own the copyright then you'll be o.k.
Hope your poems get published and don't worry this may be a good thing because more people will get to see your poems and that means the more likely you are to get them published so be cool my friend be cool

I can tell you that is 100 percent immoral and plagerism how would you like it if someone completly ripped you off with no warning or royalties. and no its not legal.

If you've got proof of copyright then you should be safe.

if they're copyrighted in your name then trhey are yours until the copyright laws are sold or handed over ina legal document.
