I bought a shirt from ebay and they sent me a different one. It is similar, but it is deffinately not the one. I have contacted the seller and he will not reply. I want the shirt I ordered. Does anyone know what I should do? Can I complain to ebay?

Yes you can complain to ebay, but you may be stuck. Definitely report them, ebay can keep a file and eventually close them down for not doing "good" business.

try contacting the seller again (try phoning) if you still dont get a response you need to file a SNAD claim with eBay and then eBay will contact the seller
usualy you don't have to take this very far, the seller will usualy respond right away to avoid problems
if you paid with paypal you can also complain to them

i know exactly what to do. Try contacting seller once more. If no answer, complain to ebay. Did you pay by paypal? file a complaint with them. They will be in touch with you as to what to do next. GL

I would suggest getting into contact with ebay, you will have to file a complaint, but they will get it straitened out for you. They have bylaws and stuff that you argee to abide by when you make an account, and that is one of them, so they can do something about it.
