The Hulks' radio activity would weaken Capt. Planet. Then the first punch from the Hulk would show how cheesy Capt. Planet is. Splat!

Hulk hands down. The Hulk has proven he could handle any of the elements Captain Planet was called forth using. Especially that wussy "Heart" guy. Anyway, all Hulk has to do is beat the snot out of one of the Planeteers and then Captain Planet is no more. And we all know no Planeteer can match up against the Hulk, powers or not. Hell, Bruce Banner could probably beat up half of them.

Hulk has anger issues so I'm sure he would spaz out and captain planet would out smart him. Unless the hulk got wise that he could just smash the 5 planeteers thus ending the captain.
The Captain is sky-blue skinned, with a grass-green mullet and eyebrows. He wears red shorts, a half-shirt and gauntlets with matching red knee-high boots.
Anyone with a grass green mullet and sex appeal like this can definitely take a lot of ****.

captain planet cuz he had those cool peace loving kids that would teach hulk how to use his anger in a good peaceful way! They would teach the hulk about "green" policies- recycling, and by the end of the episiode there would be a scene with the hulk watering a flower.
