Check the history. A full description and links visited on your computer can be accessed by going to the top of your interent explorer page and selecting the item that looks like either a Roman sun clock on the older versions or just a regular clock for the newer versions like Windows XP.

1. Check the history on internet explorer.
2. Check the content of their temporary internet files.
3. Search for a folder called "content.ie5". Make sure you're searching for hidden/system folders. Inside will be several other folders with weird names. These will hold tons of crap he thought he deleted.

Clicking the address bar will show you the addreses (URL's) of the sites which the user has personally typed (or pasted) in.
The history button will allow you to browse the sites even if they have not been typed in. You can sort these by date, or most visited.
