French, Italian, Dutch and Spanish. I cannot think of a country where one of these is not widely spoken as a second or first language.

I'd like to learn ASL (American Sign Language). To me learning an unspoken language would be much more of a challenge than any oral language.

It always looks really interesting and has beautiful movements. When paired with sung vocal music it seems really creative.

Spanish. I took French in High School, and I don't plan on going to France anytime soon. It would be much better if I knew Spanish.

I natively speak English and I'm fluent in Spanish after years of practice and study, but now I'm eying Portuguese and maybe German after that.
