Your PC is infected, by the sound of things, badly.

First download Spybot SD, update it and scan teh system for spywares.

http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html

Then download AVast Professional (free for 30 days), install and it will ask if you want to scan afer restart, say yes to it, it should pick out most virus as Windows is not loaded.

www.avast.com

This should cure most if no all of the problems, then try doing an online scan, at ww.bitdefender.com to finish

Computer Slow

Download and then run startup.exe at:

http://www.mlin.net/startupcpl.shtml......

Can't live without it and windows...

Then disable and/or uninstall whatever u don't need.

Other things to try:

1 - Disk Cleanup (removal of temp files, cookies, etc.)
2 - Defrag
3 - Registry Cleanup (CAN BE VERY RISKY!)

Joe...

Corroted?? or coroded? carroted? This is probably how you got the virus. You do not know what you are doing. And who knows what SHE was doing... it's probably best you do not know.

Unfortunately FDISK, FORMAT and Reinstall would be your best action.
