I would change absolutely nothing, I have had a rough life and if I hadn't I would have never been in foster care. I would have never met my fiance from the town I was in foster care. And wouldn't later have the most beautiful daughter I could have asked for with him.

Same: Everything until I was about 10 years old...
Tried hard to make good grades
I would have still joined the military
Differently:
I would have talked to that "weird" girl in 4th grade. She was cute, but my friends thought she was strange...
I wouldn't have wasted so much time with my highschool crush. I really made a fool out of myself trying to "win" her back. Some prize that would have been anyway...
I would have done sports in high school.
I should have taken my writing aspirations a bit more seriously. I'm playing catch up on that and I'm far past the prime of my confidence in my abilities...
I would have joined the military for 4 yrs instead of 6 and taken a less hands-on job.
I'm sure there's more, but I don't want to bore you with every detail. Don't be confused, I enjoy my life, but I see lots of room for improvement :D

Thank you for asking this question it is really a good question. I had a horrible childhood and a even horrible adolescent. But I would not change a thing because had it not been for what I have been threw I do not think that I would be able to appreciate the small and wonderful things in my life today. It truly brought me to God. And it also helps me to be the good woman that I am today??

I wouldn't do things differently for the reason that I believe you learn from your mistakes, your life lessons are a part of who you are. You react to certain situations from previous experiences. Sometimes you have to take the bad to appreciate the good things in life. These things make up the story of you life. Cheesy, but true.

I would have married younger, If I would get an exam on time, maybe I wouldn't suffer an abort. Now I have been in treatments, with no results, yet..
