My husband is from South Carolina and he has the sexiest accent I've ever heard. However, I also think the Irish accent is sexy.

The English do. Americans can't even speak English, and Canadians just basically speak American but with a few idiosyncracies (such as saying "eh" after everything). I think American country/western accents and southern accents are just grating to the ears. The pure, educated, English accent is beautiful (aka Henry Higgens on My Fair Lady).
I am American and have lived all over the USA, and in Europe, South America, and Asia. I've heard a lot of accents in my travels.

Of course, American, Canadian and English citizens can have all types of accents depending on if they have immigrated from another country.
I also love those southern accents, as far as Americans go!
There are some distinctive regional accents in Canada, such as Francophones (Quebec and Northern Ontario primarily), pretty sexy, but kind of obnoxious, especially the Quebecois, Newfies (from Newfoundland), unintelligable, mostly especially when they're drunk, which is often! BUT they are the friendliest people in the country, bar none, and people from BC (British Columbia) have a very flat accent. They are very laid back folks from all the marijuana! Love BC!!!

As a Canadian living in Australia, I hear all the time that Canadians have incredibly sexy accents... personally, the Aussie accent makes me a little weak in the knees, that's why I'm here!!
