A man. no question. They do not care if their junk is hanging out or not. They figure if it is just the two of you and no one is coming over and you've seen what he's got, then, it is his home too, why not?
Hell, a guy would not mind if you walked right in to do or get something while you are taking a sh!t (at least mine does not.)
