To have your text move within the brower instead of scrolling the entire browser down?

an HTML code is a code that a web browser cam recognize . So an HTML code tells the browser to show this picture there and sho the page this color on the page if you will. If u need myspace HTML's i recommend www.whateverlife.com and www.poqbum.com but if its for a website I'm not sure. You can take online tutorials about HTML but i don't know them off the top of my head
