Simplest way is with a scanner or digital camera...
Use either to create a JPG file with the wallpaper you want.

just scan or get the picture to the computer, open it with the Paint software that come with the microsoft ,then ,click on file then set as wallpaper, after saving the file as any name you like,

you need a paint program. You can do it with generic windows paint but for cool features try paint shop pro. You can download a trial version and do pretty much all the cool stuff.
You can put your name on pictures with either program.

at the main screen,right clikc the mouse on empty spot,select properties,go to desktop,select brouse to pictures and select you pis and select ok and there you go,ha ha ha.:)
