I'm thinking of getting an Xbox 360, is it a big deal if I get the Core Package...?

I won't really use Xbox Live so I was wondering which package is better? Tell me your opinions.

spring for the other package the hard drive and wireless controller are worth it, also Hexic Hd and Halo 2 support are pre loaded into the hard drive

If you get the core then you will miss out on alot of what the 360 has to offer. For example most games rely on the 360's hardrive to load environments and data faster. Besides the premium package is just 100 dollars more.

Do not go for the core system. Some future games will most likely require the hard drive for added fun and you'll have to shell out for the add-on. Get it now and have it all.

Yea it is. Get the other package. The one that comes with all the stuff. You don't get jack with the core package.

you need the hard drive which is $100 so there is no point on buying the core. plus you get xbox live. i know you won't use it but hey, you might.

Well it does save you money in the long run...That is if you decide to go online later (BTW Its really cool) I do believe the core pack has a wire to hook up for HD so you may want to reconsider ....

save your money for a PS3.... or get the better package

if u wont use it much, especially Live, then just get the one without the hard drive
