I work with this woman who was carrying coffee cans in her hands. I told her "Nice cans!" and we laughed together. So I thought that meant it was cool to grab her boobs and say "Your jugs are pretty sweet too!"

She didn't laugh at the second one.

How come I can say nice cans but not nice jugs? I'm suspended from work right now but I think it's BS.

My guess is that she is not used to such eloquence and did not know how to react to your praise and appreciation. Some people have no social graces. Your co-worker appears to be one of them. The correct response, of course, would have been a shimmy. Because she was holding cans of coffee, however, a polite "Thank you, that was lovely" would also suffice. Next time, perhaps you should hang around the bushes outside her house. Women appreciate the element of surprise.

I think it's because the word "jugs" is offensive. Can shaped breasts are much more socially acceptable than those shaped like jugs. Once you knew she wasn't offended by the term "cans," you should have just grabbed the breasts then. smacks on the *** are way more acceptable also.

Any girl could tell you we much prefer cans to jugs, "jugs" make them sound saggy, but "cans" sounds like perky little fun bags! You just messed up on the phrasing, if you want to make everything better next time you see her say "hey sweet t*ts, your perky @ss is crying to be slapped" ... see this way you have complimented her in many ways... you told her you want to tap that @ss, but you also called her t*ts "sweet" and @ss "perky" makes her feel young! Good luck!

Yes, it is. You are lucky you were not fired. You crossed the line when you touched her breasts. A joke is fine..but not physical contact. I would suggest you immediately apologize to her and the company for your actions if you want to save face. This is if you are serious of course..perhaps this question is a joke?

What you said was perfectly harmless. However..if you actually grabbed her boobies...well that's a bit over the top. BUT if it was just words, anyone who took offence to that should have their head examined.
Christ sakes ,..has society gotten that uptight!
Lighten up everyone

You must be kidding. Is anyone really stupid enough to do that? Unless you are mentally handicapped there is no excuse for what you did and you deserve to be more than just suspended!

Um yeah...grabing a woman’s boobs is the very definition of sexual harassment.

Gee, think it might have something to do with the actual touching, and the fact that you got off topic? You're not very socially adept, I take it.

Bad bad. You should be arrested and fired.

You actually broke the law! Touching someone in a sexual way that is not consensual is illegal.
