Some who read the Bible choose to believe what they want and decide what is true. Also what God meant us to take literally and not so literally,so based on their knowledge they may tell you that not everything recorded is true, especially if your a speaking to a bias person. They interperate how they want it.
The Bible defiantly records old History hence Old,and New testament.
But going back to interpritaions of things ,is why many people do not agree.

Holy Bible contains Old and New Testaments; Yet in the end it is not a Holy Holy Bible, but a Holy Bible. For it's the end thereof, the pure grace thereof, which makes both it and you all (you and all the kingdom of God within you) one thing: holy.
It's allegory, which is not to be taken literal. What's spake of spake/spoke, is spake in time past of time past/last days; which is to allegory say it's law of law/grace, which is the lie of lie/truth.
The law (and lie) was given by Moses,
but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
He taketh away the first,
that he might establish the second.
The only thing established by both is an oxymoron,
an oxyMORON with a BAD ending: life + death(added).
The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Yes, but largely form a highly biased, subjective perspective and always from the perspective of the victor of various and frequent internecene tribal wars.
