ps2 for now, until xbox 360 comes out with better games.... ps2 has a better establishment of games, more selection you could say....but like they said, it would best to compare 360 and PS3.... xbox will have an advantage with Price and established games (meaning that they will be able to make better games at first becuase they know the 360 system better at first) but with the everything that the PS3 is coming with on it (FREE online gaming, big *** hard drive, better graphics, ect ect) PS3 will eventually blow 360 outta the water :o)
But for now, ps2 ALL THE WAY!!!!!

It depends on which games you like and what you can share with friends. (or what size brick you need to level your table) Some games run only on one or the other, some on both. In a perfect world you'd get the 360 now and the PS3 later,,:-)
360 is better as far as specs go, because it is a lot newer. PS2 is better as far as available titles go (and promised that future machines will play the games you buy now).
Remember to add in the expansion for DVD playing on the PS2 when comparing prices.

XBOX 360 has way better graphics but unfortunately PS2 has more games .. So it all depends on if you re a person that likes to buy a new game every week. I own a game store and customers choice for gameplay is the XBox by a long shot..

wait for the ps3 there is no point in getting a ps2 now but the 360 is better than the ps2 in every way besides the games but the ps3 is the best between them all.

I'd take the 360 over the ps2 because xbox live is super sweet

360 just like a pc with lots of things even if u dont play games very exciting!!

xbox360, its better than ps2 in every aspect.
I think it's better to compare xbox360 and playstation3
