At first i was going to say labor which is painful, but i would personally say it has to be losing a child. you know my story. There is no greater pain the world that can compare to losing your own child. I would not wish it on my worst enemy

I had a major surgery, I had an ovarian cyst that burst and ended up with 27 staples down my stomach because I was bleeding so bad internally. Girls make sure you get your check-ups.
I spent a week in the hospital and three months before I could get up and walk without pain again. Now I have a horrible scar and I can't have babies. That's the worst part of the pain I still feel everyday from this happening.

Two actually...One, was a ruptured ovarian cyst. It hurt my whole body just to turn my head; could not even put my own legs up on the bed or in the car myself.
Second, post hysterectomy surgery pain. Felt like my gut was on fire! Half of the spinal block did not work. Yikes!! Took months before I was back to normal after that pain and surgery.

I've had three children, a miscarriage, chronic migraine headaches, oral surgery to remove my wisdom teeth, broken bones, and three surgeries. Not as bad as a lot of other people, to be sure. But the worst pain of all these was a serious gall bladder attack. It was horrific.

The worst would be the time when an x-ray tech injected dye into my arm instead of the vein. The pain was so bad that no pain meds would touch it. I couldn't use my right arm for two months.

The most pain a person can endure is passing a kidney stone that is bigger than 7 mm. It is so bad that you go down and you are unable to even talk!

When the piercing needle went through the top of my navel.
I feel kinda bad writing this after all these people described real, non-self-inflicted pain.

Child Birth. Nothing is worse than having a child natural. Not that I am trying to scare any pregnant ladies but That was my personal experience anyway.

Probably when I smashed my thumb in a steel jack. That hurt unimaginably bad. I wanted to cut it off to help the pain.

I had an operation on my knee but it was bleeding a lot after surgery, so they had to stick a drainage tub in it under my kneecap.
And after i'd woke up they pulled it out and it was like hot metal getting pulled out under it.
That was pretty painfull.
