put a rock in her cage, preferably a flat, rough one, should help wear her nails down naturally.

I had a 4' savanna in a 24 square foot enclosure with a marble floor. The abrasive substrate was good for molting, cleaning, and yes keeping the nails rounded. Or try nailing 200 grit sand paper on the floor and holding it so it can barley reach. They'll try to run and file their own nails

In the bird aisle of your pet store there will be perches made from a cement-like material. They are used to keep birds nails short and smooth and will probably work just as well if your monitor climbs on them often.

A veterinarian (my brother in fact) told me to dull my iguana's sharp claws with a dremel tool. I assume this might work with your monitor.

some reptiles are meant to have sharp claws you will have to get use to it or where protective clothing that's what i was taught. put rocks breaches for it to climb on it may help but i doubt it.
