I think "greed" is too deep an emotion to ascribe to what we do here.

I wouldn't call it "greed". To me it is more like stupidity. You don't learn or contribute anything by doing that, and I'm sure it couldn't be very much fun either. I mean, there is no Mercedes, or Hummer, or round the world trip at stake here, so if the experience is neither fun or otherwise rewarding, it seems stupid to waste your time posting. But if you have absolutely no life, then I guess it's OK to just post for points. Too bad....So sad!

Yes it is.

It is also an Act of Greed to answer a rhetorical question for points.

I guess we're both evil.

Not when it costs you 5 points.
However, if you want to get greedy, pick this answer as the best. This will give me 10 points, upon which I will post the question: "Is this a conspiracy, or what?" I will pick your answer as best, regardless of the quality of the other answers. Then we will both end up 5 points ahead, regardless of whether or not it is greedy, or moral, or any of that philosophical nonsense.

I don't think it rises to "Greed", as it really does nothing for you, and it isn't like you're grabbing a limited resource. But it is against the community guidelines.

Categorically, absolutely..yes yes yes, and you have taken my first question. I was going to ask that. I hate stoopid answers that people give for these spirituality and philosophy questions.
