THIS IS WHAT I FOUND. Kids above 9 are considered adult charges for tickets.
You will receive one kid’s ticket (ages 3-9)† for FREE for every 2-Day/2-Park ticket purchased online at the regular price of $99.95 plus tax (ticket offer does not includes kid's free meal or admission to Wet n' Wild).
Plus, when you buy online, you will also receive three (3) additional days of admission for FREE, for a total of five (5) consecutive days of admission for these tickets.
This exclusive online ticket offer is for park admission only and is not available at the front gate. Tickets must be used by December 31, 2006.

Yes, I heard that kids 15 and younger get in free there, but I think it is wiith an adults paid admission. go the the web site and check it out. I also think that at the dodgers game they were giving out free tickets to Universal not the other way around.

The promo is for Southern California residents at Universal Studios Hollywood. Kids under 15 yrs. get in for free for each full paid adult at $59 (a one-to-one ratio). The Dodgers ticket is also only for the kids under 15.
